I will describe five skills that are required for successful global business and activities. They are known as IQ,EQ,CQ,AQ and LQ.
I will also share my thoughts on leadership. There are four types of Leadership.
1) Self-leadership to lead yourself
2) Team leadership to lead your team
3) Global leadership to lead your global team
4) Social leadership to lead society
Detailed case studies such as Panasonic, Toyota, Nissan, Johnson and Johnson etc. will be used to highlight these ideas.
