Summary:
Within the ever-intensifying lower-birth/higher-aging trend, National Health Care Cost is swelling. The spending should be shifted towards Preventive Medicine and Health Control with the help of private services, which enables "National Health Promotion", "Medical Cost Reduction", and "New Industry Creation". Kyushu, as one of the most challenged regions in Japan where Medical Cost per capita is relatively high, should be the vanguard of creating healthcare service businesses. Having Governmental Policy as a core basis, the lecture shows the local tactics to produce sustainable and competitive healthcare services, with the help of cooperative works by service sector, healthcare, nursing-care, administrative institutions and others.
